CloudZenixes provides cloud VPS hosting, which is a digital service delivered electronically. This policy explains how and when your service is delivered.

What We Offer

Our services include Cloud VPS (shared), Dedicated VDS, Confidential Computing (SEV-SNP with LUKS full-disk encryption), and Proxy services (datacenter, residential, rotating, and ISP). They are available across seven global locations — United States, Canada, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Netherlands, and Singapore — with a choice of operating systems including Windows (via RDP) and Linux/BSD distributions. All services are provisioned and delivered electronically, typically within minutes and up to 24 hours after successful payment verification.

1. Electronic Delivery Only

All CloudZenixes services are delivered online. There is no physical product and no shipment. Nothing will be posted or couriered to you.

2. Delivery Timeframe

After your payment is successfully verified, your VPS is typically provisioned within a few minutes. In some cases — for example, during manual review or our current launch/test phase — provisioning may take up to 24 hours.

3. How You Receive Your Service

Once your VPS is ready, your login details and access credentials are sent by email to the address registered on your account, and are also available in your client dashboard on https://cloudzenixes.com.

4. If You Have Not Received Your Service

If you have completed payment but have not received your service details within the expected timeframe, please first check your spam or junk folder, then contact us at support@cloudzenixes.com with your invoice number so we can assist you promptly.
